ChatSnapAI is a browser extension for protecting, organizing, exporting, and backing up AI chat conversations. It has Free and Pro features. By installing the extension or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChatSnapAI. A Pro license can activate Pro features on up to two devices. Do not share, resell, publish, or fraudulently obtain license keys. Keys associated with abuse or fraud may be deactivated.
Your content
Your conversations and the files you create from them remain yours. ChatSnapAI's conversation-processing features do not send your conversation content to ChatSnapAI servers. You are responsible for how you use, store, and share your content, including compliance with the AI platform's terms and applicable law.
Fair use of the extension
Do not use ChatSnapAI to break the law, violate the terms of supported AI platforms, interfere with the service, or circumvent licensing and access controls.
Third-party platforms
ChatSnapAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Their names and trademarks belong to them. Supported AI sites can change without notice, so compatibility can temporarily break while ChatSnapAI is updated.
Payments, renewals, and refunds
Paid subscriptions use Stripe-hosted checkout and billing services. Subscription terms, taxes, renewal details, and payment information are presented during checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. If Pro is not working out within the first 3 days of a purchase, contact chatsnapai-billing@jbrcollection.com to request a refund.
Product limitations
Privacy Scan, redaction, Certified export, and Compliance export can assist with review and preparation, but ChatSnapAI does not guarantee complete de-identification, regulatory compliance, legal sufficiency, or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party AI platforms.
Our software, as it is
ChatSnapAI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before that claim arose.
